At 10 am on July 24, a distinguished delegation from India visited Sunjoy Technology Co., Ltd. and inspected our factory in Dacheng, Hebei. The purpose of this visit is to gain an in-depth understanding of Sunjoy's research and development strength and advanced production technology in the field of building thermal insulation materials, especially rock wool and glass wool products.

Accompanied by the enthusiastic company management and technical team, the delegation visited the full process production line of rock wool and glass wool. In the rock wool production workshop, the guests observed in detail the precise process from melting high-quality basalt raw materials, high-speed centrifugal fiberization, to cotton collection, curing, and cutting and molding. Our company's advanced rock wool production technology ensures the product's excellent fireproof, heat insulation, waterproof, sound absorption and high strength.

Afterwards, the delegation moved to the glass wool production area. The technicians told the guests about the production process of glass wool and the performance of the product. Glass wool is made of natural minerals such as quartz sand, limestone, dolomite, etc. as the main raw materials, and is melted into glass with some chemical raw materials such as soda ash and borax. In the molten state, it is blown into flocculent fine fibers with the help of external force. The fibers are three-dimensionally crossed and entangled with each other, showing many small gaps. This gap can be regarded as pores. Therefore, glass wool can be regarded as a porous material with good insulation and sound absorption properties. There are three types of glass wool, glass wool board, glass wool tube, and cotton felt. PVC film fabric or aluminum foil can be pasted on the surface. This product has the characteristics of small capacity, large sound absorption coefficient, flame retardant, and good chemical stability. The delegation highly appreciated the excellent thermal insulation effect, soft and easy construction characteristics, and excellent environmental protection performance of our glass wool products.

During the visit, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on the application prospects of rock wool and glass wool in the Indian market, product performance standards and customized needs.
